Easter meditation retreat
-
This retreat is a calling—a calling to the silence from which everything arises. Let the noise of the world slip away. Let go of images, roles, and expectations, and return to what is alive, simple, and real. In silence, in spontaneity, something unfolds—an inner blooming that does not belong to the mind. Here, there is nothing to become, nothing to achieve. There is only being, and in this being… to rise again. To rise again means to step out of the fiction, to open the inner tomb—not of the body, but the one that frees the pure presence that is never born and never dies.

Moments of silence -
Situated on the gentle hills of the small town of Lanuvio in the Castelli Romani, among olive trees, cypresses, fruit trees, and countless flowering plants, the farmhouse of Shanti Gaia (Abode of Peace) offers a sanctuary of contemplative calm open to all. As one travels along the path leading to the Abode of Peace, it is common to feel the mind begin to calm while the heart opens to the sweetness and serene attention of the present moment.

Neeraja
At 24, I traveled to India in search of wisdom. There, I studied under Tibetan Buddhist masters such as Kalu Rinpoche and the Dalai Lama, immersing myself in the monasteries of the Himalayas. Drawn to the arts of natural healing, I studied and taught Tibetan medicine and Reiki in various countries. In 1991, I met my Master Sri H.W.L. Poonjaji (Papaji), a disciple of Sri Ramana Maharshi. In Lucknow, under his guidance, I blossomed in detachment as Neeraja, the blue lotus. After years of service near Papaji, I decided to dedicate myself to spiritual teaching in the West, with love, peace, and serenity, following his prophecy: "You will bring happiness to the world."

Mahashivaratri Meditation Retreat
-
Spontaneous meditation is a return to simplicity, a natural surrender that goes beyond control and effort. Like a leaf falling from a tree, we let go of beliefs, ideas, notions, fears, expectations, judgments, and attachments. When you free yourself from the tree of the ego, you realize there is nothing to do. Life carries you, the wind of awareness sustains you. No demands, no resistance, no rejection.
